Masterclasses & Workshops

1. Bookings & Payments

• A 30% deposit is required at the time of booking to reserve your place.

• The remaining balance is due on the first day of the workshop or course.

• Payments may be made via bank transfer or any accepted method provided at booking.

​

2. Deposit

• The 30% deposit reserves your place and covers planning and administrative costs.

• The deposit is not normally refundable unless stated in the cancellation policy below.

​

3. Participant Cancellation

• If you cancel 8 weeks or more before the start date, you may request consideration for a refund of your deposit. Refunds are not guaranteed and will depend on whether your place can be filled.

• If you cancel within 8 weeks, the deposit will not normally be refunded.

• If you do not attend the workshop, no refund or credit will be issued.

4. Transfers

• You may request to transfer your booking to another workshop or date.

• Transfers are subject to availability and are not guaranteed.

​

5. Cancellation by the Instructor

• If the workshop must be cancelled or rescheduled by the instructor, you may choose either:

  • A full refund of all payments made, or

  • A transfer to another workshop or date.

• The instructor is not responsible for any travel, accommodation, insurance, visa, or other costs incurred.

6. Travel, Insurance & Personal Responsibility

• No insurance of any kind is provided by the instructor. This includes:

  • Medical or health insurance

  • Travel insurance

  • Equipment insurance

  • Personal liability insurance

• Participants are fully responsible for their own travel arrangements and safety.

• You must ensure you have suitable insurance coverage before the workshop begins.

• You are responsible for your own camera equipment, personal items, and valuables.
  The instructor accepts no liability for loss, damage, or theft.

7. Conduct, Alcohol & Behaviour

• Alcohol is not permitted during workshop activities unless specifically provided and stated as part of the workshop.

• Participants are expected to treat the instructor, group members, and local communities with respect.

• The instructor may remove any participant whose behaviour is unsafe, disruptive, or disrespectful, without refund.

8. Health & Fitness

• Some workshops involve walking, cycling, heat, humidity, or uneven terrain.

• By booking, you confirm that you are physically able to participate.

• You must notify the instructor of any relevant medical conditions in advance by written statement.

9. Children & Young Participants

• Children aged 7+ may join certain workshops only with prior agreement.

• A parent or legal guardian must accompany the child at all times.

• Parents/guardians accept full responsibility for the child’s safety and conduct.

​

10. Photography & Consent

• Participants retain full copyright to the images they create.

• The instructor may request permission to use behind-the-scenes or group images for educational or promotional purposes, but consent will always be required.

• Participants must respect privacy when photographing people and must follow guidance on ethical practice.

11. Privacy

• Personal information is used only for workshop administration and communication.

• Your information is never sold or shared, unless required by law.

• You may request the removal of your data at any time by contacting: studio@gnazhad.com

12. Liability

• The instructor is not liable for injury, illness, loss, damage, accident, or delay before, during, or after the workshop.

• Participation is at your own risk.

​

13. Governing Law

• These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.

• Any disputes will be handled through the courts of England and Wales.

Terms & Conditions Update
These terms and conditions were last updated in October 2025. Any changes to the terms and conditions prior to the start of a workshop or course will be communicated to all participants for legal and informational purposes.
